Meet the Facilitators

  • Richard Wiltshire

    Facilitator, 5Rhythms Teacher and Executive Director

    Rich has practiced the healing and moving arts for over 20 years. He trained as a tai-chi teacher in 2007 and graduated as a 5Rhythms teacher in 2016. He has a soft, gentle teaching style, a strong connection to nature, and is able to alchemise strong medicine for his spaces and students. Rich currently teaches 5Rhythms classes, and specialist workshops for those who move with pain or illness, and mental health. Recently he also taught a session to teacher trainees on the 2021 5Rhythms Teacher training. Rich previously spent a decade in the Government Relations team in the Mayor of London’s Office serving both Mayor Ken Livingston and Mayor Boris Johnson.

    Rich lives in Brixton, south London, and has taught his regular class there ‘Simply Being 5Rhythms’ since 2018. When the pandemic arrived the class moved to the Community Gardens space in Brockwell Park.

  • Nikki Ashley

    Facilitator, 5Rhythms Teacher and Executive Director

    Nikki has been dancing and studying the 5Rhythms for 14 years. Coming from a background in Traditional, Educational and Forum Theatre she trained to teach in 2014. She has a light yet deep presence to her teaching, allowing space and inner permission for authentic alive presence in your dance, no matter how that is. Her current workshops and classes are for all, as well as specialising in holding spaces for women and elders. Alongside teaching Nikki has enjoyed deepening her learning and love for the 5Rhythms through being a mentor to teachers in training.

    Nikki lives in London and loves to take her practice outdoors, seeking out green spaces to move in.

  • Morag Donnelly

    Facilitator, Artist and Director

    Morag is a trained/practicing artist, dancer and founder of Lifeline Arts and life sensing. She has been working with this body/presence movement - drawing practice and dancing 5R’s for over 20 years. Morag’s teaching is supported by her background in the healing arts, influences of a wide range of movement work and her training in therapeutic sexual somatic practices. She is a dedicated and passionate encourager of all people to open to their unique and innate creative wisdom.

  • Sarah Kelly

    Facilitator, Movement Medicine Teacher

    Sarah has been a student of movement and somatic practices for over 20 years, dancing the 5Rhythms for the last 12. She trained as a Movement Medicine teacher with Susannah and Ya’cov Darling Khan. Her work centres rewilding the body, journeying with internal landscapes/dreamscapes/relationscapes. Her teaching draws deeply on elemental resource; earth, wind, water, air as nourishment and communion. She is trauma informed and particularly sensitive to mental health awareness.

    After several years in London Sarah recently moved to Devon where she lectures in Engaged Ecology and embodied learning at Schumacher College. She is also training to teach compassion-led mindfulness with Tara Brach, accredited by the University of California.

  • Laura Nowell

    Yoga Teacher and Coach

    Laura is a yoga teacher, somatic coach and wellbeing consultant based in Brighton, and has been teaching yoga and mindfulness for a decade. Committed to supporting positive and sustainable change through embodiment, she has worked with individuals, groups and organisations in the UK and internationally. Laura teaches mindful vinyasa flow and yin yoga, incorporating meditation and breath work to help us relax more deeply into each moment. Her classes are suitable for all experience levels.

    Laura is also a certified somatic coach and consultant.

  • Malgorzata Kosmala

    Facilitator and Sound Healer

    Malgorzata is an intuitive Sound Healing Practitioner. She has been studying and exploring the healing potential of sound for 5 years now. She studied with Tom Soltron, Mehtab Benton and Tomek Niewiadomy and also at The College of Sound Healing in London.

    Malgorzata's sound sessions are devoted to self reflection and overall wellbeing. She loves to create ceremonial space with sound in order to help people to reconnect with their inner self and blissful stillness.

    She has held Gong Bath group sessions for ITV wellbeing, at the Buddhafield Festival in the city, Simply Being 5 Rhythms classes and at a variety of yoga studios in London. She also holds individual sound healing sessions in SE London where she is based.
